Emergency and Trauma Services

When you have a pet emergency, seconds count. We want you to know, we’re ready. If your pet has a condition that requires a specialist’s expertise, we’re ready for that too. Our experienced veterinarians, vet technicians and support staff work closely together to provide the comprehensive, compassionate care your pet needs and deserves.

If possible, call before arriving, so we can begin to assess your pet’s condition, help you with directions and prepare our response. If you need help bringing your pet in from the car, let us know and we’ll be waiting to assist you.

All your pet’s medical records, current medication or any historical information you can bring us or tell us will help in speeding the process.

As soon as you arrive at our hospital with your pet, our team will perform triage to assess your pet’s condition.

To stabilize your pet, we may need to administer IV fluids, pain medications, oxygen therapy and sometimes blood or plasma transfusions.

Conditions we typically treat include Vomiting and Diarrhea, Urinary Obstruction, Bloating, Roadside Trauma, Seizures, Foreign Item Extraction, Complications from Diabetes, Heart Disease and Kidney Disease.
